How to interpret scheduler latency profile

Hi,

I'm trying to understand what scheduler latency means. Based on the attached profile (sorry I can't share the source code), can you help suggest what are the possible reasons for the biggest delays (e.g. sendToResultChan, reflect.Select)? What are the potential/possible solutions?
