Go 1.8.5 and Go 1.9.2

We are planning to issue minor releases Go 1.8.5 and Go 1.9.2 next week. As part of the new automation I've mentioned in other threads, we now have pre-release packaging for people who want to try them ahead of time.

I'm looking into an apparent net/http hang on linux-arm64 in Go 1.8.5rc3 but otherwise I think these are basically what will be released. If you care to try them and you find problems, please comment on one of the specific linked issues instead of the tracking issue.
