im assuming its IE since mothers doent seem to be the most
technologically inclined lol
if it is IE -
go to tools> internet options> then on the general tab fine where it
says delete temporary files and hit delete
im not sure since you said its a saved password now, im not much of an
IE fan :)
but if it doesnt work, just change the password
oh but if it is Firefox or something go to
tools> options> security> and go down to the passwords and ba ur
there

I'm using firefox on a macbook and have the same problem. in my
security saved password option i don't see gmail to remove. i see all
my other saved emails. how do i get gmail to not remember my
