Until this morning, pressing Ctrl-2 while editing a program executed the program in a separate window, which is often convenient. Something changed overnight in Chrome on Windows so that now you get the glowscript.org front page. This does not happen with Firefox or Edge on Windows, where Ctrl-2 continues to work as before.

On a Mac using Chrome or Firefox or Safari, Command-1 and Command-2 do the right things (run in place or in a separate window, or in a separate tab that can be moved to a separate browser window). Firefox initially complains about pop-ups but lets you permit them.

There is a kind of a work-around for Windows Chrome, which is this: When Ctrl-2 gives you the sign-in page, go to your files and run the program of interest but continue editing in the original edit page but run in the new page. Awkward.

I have no idea what is the nature of the change that Chrome has made on Windows.
