Events now report their canvas

This is a very technical matter, but I should report that the event information obtainable from a mouse or keyboard interaction has been augmented to include which canvas the event is associated with. For details see

What this means is that you could bind the same function to more than one canvas, and when the function is executed as the result of an event, the function can know which canvas was associated with this event.
