Moving these discussions to the VPython forum

As many of the readers of this forum know, there exists an older "VPython" forum at

https://groups.google.com/forum/?fromgroups&hl=en#!forum/vpython-users

At the start of the GlowScript project in 2011, programs were written in JavaScript. This is still possible, but the main use of GlowScript is now in the form of GlowScript VPython. Users of either GlowScript VPython or Jupyter VPython can be understandably puzzled about which forum to post to, so it seems like it would be a good idea to phase out this GlowScript forum and in the future post only to the VPython forum, which would also continue to have posts related to Classic VPython.

No hurry on this. Sometime this summer would be a good time to make the change.
