Avoid starting multiple glogg instances

I usually integrate glogg with a file manager (e.g. Total Commander, WinScp) but when I open a file from manager then new instance of Glogg is launched (including confusing tabs).

I suggest to reuse existing launched instance of Glogg. If such file is not in a tab then add new tab for file. When tab with file already exists then refresh it (maybe with question dialog maybe without).

For example Notepad++ has this feature and integration with file managers is without problems and easy to use.
