cyrillic symbols breaks

I need to open log files that contains cyrillic symbols, but I'm getting something like this -> СЃСЉРµС€СЊ РµС‰Рµ СЌС‚РёС… С„СЂР°РЅС†СѓР·СЃРєРёС… Р±СѓР»РѕС‡РµРє

charset is UTF-8 and any other editor opens file correctly. How can I fix it? Thanks
