glogg v1.0.3 released.

A new version of glogg is available.

This is a bugfix release, mainly to improve performance in a number of
areas and to make glogg more reliable at following changing files on
Windows.

Main changes from v1.0.2:
- Greatly improve performance with big files and high number of results.
- Reduce memory footprint to allow loading files many times bigger
than the memory size.
- Implement polling of files to allow for better detection of them
changing on Windows (can be disabled in preferences).
- Various minor fixes.
