A dmg package ready for Mac OS X distribution

Hello,

I added some minor changes required to build the latest glogg on Mac OS X,

and found a way to bundle it in a stand-alone app (which includes the needed Qt frameworks and Boost dylibs).

I hope to see an official glogg for Mac OS X available for download soon!
