Hello!
It would be nice to add support for some popular non-english encodings such as cp1251.
There is a fork of glogg named "Klogg" which has this feature implemented (https://github.com/variar/klogg)
Unfortunately this fork is not as stable as original (I believe because of some other features like concurrent search etc.).
Would you please consider merge encoding support from Klogg to original software.
