Glogg problem - non standard character in the path

I've found problem with opening file (any kind of). Glogg is not able to open files located on path with non standard characters, in this case - with polish language letters 'ó' and 'ż' (windows 1250 codepage). From open file menu files are visible, but after selecting its content is not displayed. After changing the path to file (removing non standard characters) everything is working.
