email verification won't work

so when i get the e-mail and click on the link to verify nothing happens on my iPhone so i decided to try on my computer and the web url i copied n pasted and it just ses safari can't open specified address.so how can i get this resolved?

I had a similar problem and sent support an email...

It looks like they pre-encoded the URL so copying and pasting it doesn't work. Try using this tool http://www.stringfunction.com/url-decode.html

After decoding, it will work in the address bar in your browser.
