Forum for use of Gitlab.com website?

Hi,

Is this the forum to seek help on the gitlab.com website, rather than my own installation of Gitlab (which I do not have) ?

If so, here is a starter website short story and question.

I have created about 10 projects on Gitlab.com and I have added a group to which I have added one project,
and I have added two gitlab users as developers to that group.

One developer can see the project listed when he logs into gitlab.com, but the other cannot.
The problem is that I don't know how to get both developers to be able to see the project from gitlab.com.

I see them both listed as developer users from my (owner) gitlab.com account. What can I check
next... or what document or support forum can I use, if any, that discusses issues on using the gitlab.com website itself?
