Prevent online editing

We are just getting started with gitlab and noticed the feature that allows us to edit files directly within a branch  on the gitlab web site.

Is there a way to turn this off without affecting permissions that would affect pushing commits from our local repositories?  

Here is a screen snip of the edit feature I am talking about.
