Need a Help on checking if the account is totally gone

Hi, 

I have an issue with gitlab. 

I have been using gitlab for a class, so I definitely had an account on gitlab. 

But checking today, it seems it is no longer valid anymore. 

It doesn't work by sending forgot password link to my university mail.

The mail just doesn't come, 

Could anyone help me on this?

I won't post my mail here because I am not sure it is safe to do so.

Have you tried checking your spam folder?  Maybe the email from GitLab got filtered automatically into some other folder?  Could it be you didn't wait long enough for the email?
