looking for a detailed gitlab runner setup for docker & aws ecs

Apologize for the crumminess of this question/request.

I've only a cursory understanding of both docker & aws ecs as well as their interaction.

The existing documentation for gitlab-runner was enough to really ... put me in the weeds.

Has anyone put together a step by step tutorial for getting the runner in to a docker image, pushed to an aws ecr, and used as a runner fleet via ecs?
