Hi,

I have some trouble installing GitExtension on ubuntu 10.04 (Virtualbox machine).
I made many tries, but It all failed. I can divide the tried between these two sections:
1. I tried several version < 3.2 , but I got several exceptions while starting the GitExtension such as the following (2.10.2)

ubuntu@ubuntu-laptop:~/install/mono/mono/mono-nokia$ mono     /home/ubuntu/Downloads/GitExtensions/GitExtensions.exe
System.Windows.Forms.SplitContainer doesn't implement interface    System.ComponentModel.ISupportInitialize

Stacktrace:

  at      GitUI.CommandsDialogs.SettingsDialog.Pages.RevisionLinksSettingsPage.InitializeC   omponent () <0x00562> at GitUI.CommandsDialogs.SettingsDialog.Pages.RevisionLinksSettingsPage..ctor
=================================================================
Got a SIGABRT while executing native code. This usually indicates
a fatal error in the mono runtime or one of the native libraries
used by your application.
=================================================================

2. I then tried to compile mono on version > 3.2 , but I got now some architecture compile error.

I really don't have any idea how to go on from here. I appreciate any suggestions,

Ran

I've managed to compile version > 3.2 successfully, but I still get the  same message:

=================================================================

used by your application.

Is there any idea ?

Regards,
Ran
