Configuring diff switches

Hello,

Is it possible to configure additional switches on how GitExtensions is using its git diff commands?

For example, in some staged situation by default GitExtensions doesn't show me that some file is a copy of another one, while if I use "git diff --staged -C" it does detect it as a copy. So I would like to configure GitExtensions to always add "-C" to its invoked diff operations.
