Having trouble building using VS2012 Professional

I am on the release/2.48 branch, pulled it today and updated submodules. I opened the GitExtensions.VS2012 solution. I run a Build Solution, and I get 94 errors and 37 warnings. I'm sure I'm doing something fundamentally wrong. Any ideas?
