Brooksource, an IT services firm here in Columbus, is working exclusively with a large retail organization here in town to find talented Front-End Web Developers. There are a couple of openings, and they are all on their e-commerce UI team. Front-End Web Developer
3+
years experience writing custom HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. Expertise writing
semantic, modular front end code using HTML5, CSS3, and W3C coding practices a
must. Experience with CSS frameworks (e.g.
SASS, LESS) and Javascript MV* Frameworks (e.g. Backbone, AngularJS, Ember) is a
plus.
Additional
requirements:

Familiarity with browser testing and debugging

Expertise in performance optimization using tools such as YSlow or
PageSpeed

Experience navigating Photoshop and slicing/saving images for the
web.

For the marketing stream especially, we like an adaptive person who can handle
rapidly changing requirements; this person should be able to prototype UX/UI
frameworks with minimal design lead, and stay on the forefront of emerging front
end development techniques.
