Hi Everyone,
I have some root observation data with 13088 obs. of 16 variables and I tried to tidy my data. I made reference from Prof.Hadley Wickham`s tidy data and tools, but still could not slove my problem. I tried to attach some of my data and unfortunately it did not work. Therefore, I have attached some of  my data here. Please give me some advice.
Thanks
Mahmut

Hi Kare,

I am not sure what you meant by 'tidy' up the data. You need to specify how would you like to see the output as. You might want to use plyr or reshape2 libraries to melt and cast the data. It might be a little confusing to start and there is a GUI version available called reshapeGUI. Let us know if that helps.

Just to let you know, this group is specific to ggplot2 which is meant for plotting charts (a very understatement of ggplot2 though!)
