gevent 1.0rc2 is available

Hi!

The second release candidate of 1.0 is available. A serious bug with
non-default loop (introduced in 1.0rc1) was fixed there.

I've been using the betas in prod for ~11 months. It comes down to if someone
were starting with gevent for the first time, what version should they use?
That version should probably be the default - if that's 1.0-rcX, I think you
release it and make it easy for people who need the older version to easily
install it.

And update the documents.
