GeoTrellis has now its own docset on Dash

Hello,

As discussed with Rob, I created a Dash docset for GeoTrellis and push it so it is available to everybody.

You find the docset under the "user contributed" category. I hope it will be useful for some people!

If any modification need to be done the whole process is available here.
