Small fix to feature factory lookup [GEOT-5400]

* Test AttributeBuilder can function with default factory

Previously failed with org.geotools.factory.FactoryNotFoundException: No factory of kind "FeatureTypeFactory" found.

* small fix to feature factory lookup

* verify feature factory avaialble

* remove warnings from attribute type builder
