Related to issue #191 - when clicking on the PrintMap toolbar icon I get
the following exception:

Commenting the 'v0.74 11.06.2013 Jv' fix solves the error (...but brings
back issue #191).

Strange, this.sourceMap.resolutions appearently null. Made a fix that will
only copy reso's when present in source map. Can you try with the latest
Heron.js?
