Facebook "like" wall app

We'd like to do a campaign that allows Facebook/Twitter users to "Like" and give permission for us to use their profile image to build a visual wall of support for an upcoming campaign. Does anyone know of a relevant app? I've done some searching and haven't turned up a good option yet.

The relevant project team doesn't have funds for custom development, nor do they have the technical expertise to build themselves. I'm looking for a (preferably free) out of the box option.
