Video channels not blocked in countries like China

 Dear colleagues, do you know any free offering video platform similar to Youtube or Vimeo that has an English interface but that is not restricted for access in China or similar countries?
Even if I know users can get through VPN or related bypassing tool

Dear Federico,

I recently encountered the same issue when publishing online UNHCR tutorials to users located in China, who eventually couldnt access youtube content.

Apparently some valid alternatives exist, you may consider letv.com, youku.com or tudou.com
