Update!
Found out the location of the log file and its in c:\program files (x86)\google\cloud printer\ver\debug.txt
And it contained the following text

[0726/150010:ERROR:setup.cc(402)] Unable to install driver.
[0726/150010:INFO:setup.cc(543)] Det gick inte att hitta den markerade skrivardrivrutinen på datorn. Drivrutinen måste hämtas. HRESULT=0x80070bcb
Found this thread after searching about the XPS driver
Supposedly some update did mess up the google cloud printer driver. Im throwing myself into the insider slow ring and will see if the new 14393 build will solve it
Edit: Build 14393 didnt fix it
Edit3: Maybe not, bug has been reported in May already so not a high prio I guess

Edit4: Done lots of things to try and remedy the problem but no go, I ended up using IPP protocol on the printer instead (a bit harder to get started but it works atleast)
