How to use multiple region datastore?

According to this page (https://cloud.google.com/docs/geography-and-regions), datastore could be configured to be replicated to multiple regions. It doesn't mention how, though. Have anybody tried this?

Another related question is: could multiple region datastore be accessed from multiple projects in different regions?
