Was suspended - card issue - paid now - when will site be reinstated?

Hi all, 

I had a billing issue with my card and google suspended my account, which meant the site i had running on GCE is no longer rendering (only seeing the debian default page). I've resolved the billing issue, however the site has not been reinstated? 

How long does this typically take?

Can you ping me your billing account offline? Did you follow instructions in the email to appeal? (Not being judgmental, just trying to understand if our process is working. :))
