google cloud serial console output

am running an ubuntu vm in gce and I have deployed kobo-docker.It refuses to ssh in the web giving me an alternative to check my google c serial console output..What should I do to be able to connect using ssh..Here is the serial console output:

Hello Allan,

Have you made any permission changes after installing Kobo-Docker on your instance? Did your instance have enough space on the disk?

 

In order to make changes on the affected instance's disk you can use the following steps:

1. Take a snapshot of the affected disk (for backup purposes)

2. Create a disk from the snapshot

3. Create a new instance where you can ssh and attach the affected disk as secondary disk

4. Mount and access the disk on the newly created instance and revert the changes.

5. Once done, detach the fixed disk and create a new instance using the same fixed disk as boot disk.
