How to Send Mail

How do I send mail? I have a Magento setup and I cannot send contact forms. How can I setup GCE to send those contact forms/emails?

If you read/search the documentation, you can see that a specific procedure must be followed for sending mail:

https://cloud.google.com/compute/docs/tutorials/sending-mail

You must use an approved/partnered mail provider. I've been using sendgrid and its not bad (though I would prefer to use mailgun).

I have a Magento installation - I setup sendmail and tested (echo'd) and it worked, but the contact us email will not work. 

I get this:
