If I want to use Google CDN.

I will setup server load balancing(負載平衡) before , right?

Google Cloud CDN (Content Delivery Network) uses Google's globally distributed edge points of presence to cache HTTP(S) load balanced content close to your users. You need to enable CDN on an HTTP(s) load balancing backend service. You can refer to this link [1] for more information.
