Set up wordpress now can't access phpmyadmin

Wordpress website is up and running using domain name, external static IP, https (certbot) and added force https URL rewrite rule to htaccess file. 

Now can't access phpmyadmin. http://IPADDRESS/phpmyadmin is now redirecting to http://DOMAIN.COM/phpmyadmin, which is leading me back to my wordpress admin screen. 

Also facing an issue with another Wordpress install, phpmyadmin isn't being redirected to domain name but it just times out, no page load at all.
