Ubuntu 14 Server Doesn't Boot After Failed Security Upgrade on Google Compute Engine

I logged in to the server with ssh today. It recommend me to upgrade to Ubuntu 16 or install some security update lib... (i dont remember the exact name.) I choose the security update and it failed accidentally when it asked me about whether i keep updated or maintainer version of some package.

After reboot server has gone completely and i am no longer login with ssh. This is interactive serial console output taken from Compute Engine Instance page:

Hello Murat,

The serial port output indicates that your instance's target filesystem doesn't have requested /sbin/init. This process (/sbin/init) coordinates the rest of the boot process and configures the environment for the user. When the init command starts, it becomes the parent of all of the processes that start up automatically on your system. This is the reason you are unable to access via ssh to your instance. The best way to retrieve information from inside your current server or even fix it is by the following steps: 

Please do the following to mount your disk on a new instance: 
1.- Create a snapshot of that VM's disk. 
2.- Create a new disk with that snapshot from above. 
3.- Instantiate a new VM with the same OS you have in the affected instance. When doing so, specify in the original configuration screen that you wish the previously mentioned disk drive to be attached as extra drive to your new instance (attach a non-root persistent disk). 
If you have problems in step 3. you can also add the disk to an existing instance. 
4.- Boot the new instance. 
5.- Access the new instance via SSH, mount the secondary hard drive, and access it to retrieve the original system's config and log files. 

In this case, logs of interest would be syslog, dmesg ... 
- Check files: /mnt/<DIR_NAME>/var/log/syslog, /mnt/<DIR_NAME>/var/log/dmesg
