After Machine migration website is unavailable.

Dear All,

I am new to Google cloud and doing lots of reading in google documentation.

i was running a VM for test purpose in us-central data center however i moved it to us-eastern for learning purpose.

i first made a snapshot and recreated a bigger machine in new data center from this snapshot.  

 but now i can no longer access my WP site from new IP/Machine which is created from the snapshot. from SSH everything works fine. everything is cloned properly. 

when i check tcpdump i receive packets but my browser not show anything.

at this point now i can access the SSH but not wordpress site.

note : there is no error log in apache2 also.

I also notice that text of the site is now loaded but images are not getting load. and my browser activity dial is keep moving in the circle eventually time out.

I came across this link which might be useful in debugging your issue. This article has steps to resolve image loading issue with WP after migration.
