Hello Ryan,

The steps to install xrdp for Ubuntu 1504 on Google Compute Engine instance are not different from Ubuntu 1504 running locally or on any other environment. Quick google search will give you lots of resources to complete the installation.

With that said, in order to make your setup work on GCE you need to open required port(s) (e.g rdp) by creating firewall rules for your GCE network.
