Define a peak load scenario work load model in gatling

Hi,

I am new to Gatling and doing a POC for web services protocol. 

Could you please let me know how to define a scenario in Gatling having a ramp up and ramp down of 1 user per seconds,total constant 100 users for 1 hours duration.
