Getting 400 error on using csv file for login but able to login using RawFileBody

I have recorded a login scenario. Updated .body(RawFileBody(request.txt)) syntax with .queryParam to fetch username and password from csv file. With this I am getting 400 error.

After adding login page landing header to auth .exec request it gives 500 error.
