Seeking fundraising partners to support tech hubs in developing regions

Hi folks, curious to know if there are fundraising partners out there who might be interested in helping raise some funds to provide maker kits to tech hubs in developing regions. I'm a game designer / developer in Halifax, Canada, looking for development partners both locally, nationally, and abroad, more or less in that order :)
