Help with Debian Packaging

Does anybody has any experience with debian packing?
I have a new release of RSW (http://realtimesunlightwallpaper.weebly.com/) that I would like to package before the new Ubuntu Oneiric coming out in a few days but I'm not able to package my files.
I have done the process before but for some reason having trouble this time around, and I need some answers on a few things. Would anybody be able to help me or point me towards the right direction?
