Does anyone know anything about the Goodell-Pratt mini-lathe that is sitting in the dirty shop?

If it's unclaimed, I'd like to fix it up, clean the rust, get a small motor to run it, and put it in the downtown space.  I think it's compact enough to be stored out of the way, and I can certainly find some uses for a small machine like this.

I have a variable speed DC motor and controller I would work well with the lathe.
