My soldering microscope can record videos, I didn't know that.

Soldering 101:
1) apply heat,
2) apply solder,
3) remove solder,
4) remove heat.

Interesting. Hard to tell the solder from the flux on video, is it easier to tell when looking in person?

The flux is inside the solder, aka rosin core solder.
