It's the fully automated fast food restaurant chain from the
Stainless Steel Rat book series.

I think they should up the minimum wage to about $35,
and then all these problems will be quickly resolved.

McDonalds can't make the food any worse, maybe the service will be better.

Human attendant-less restaurants have been around a long time.

Have none of you ever eaten at an Automat restaurant?

The first Automat opened in Berlin Germany almost 120 years ago.
