Tuesday: DevOps Presents: Software Defined Infrastructure & Testing

By popular demand from many who couldn't make it, we're going to repeat the topic from November, with a slight twist.

Come join us as we discuss tools and techniques for testing infrastructure as code. When your infrastructure is defined through software, how do you test that infrastructure? There will be a short presentation on best practices for testing the code that drives configuration management systems like Puppet and Chef, KitchenCI (kitchen.ci), as well as testing tools in the Ruby community like RSpec, Serverspec.

While this will focus on testing of infrastructure code, these tools can also be used for a variety of other kinds of testing, from software development testing frameworks to testing resources for Windows PowerShell Desired State Configuration to even production deployment.
