I've got my mind on a chladni plate.

Anyone have a good-sized driver that's old and crappy they'd let go,
or a surplus one they'll sell for cheap?

I'm currently envisioning a very presentable housing, and the capacity
for quite large plates; so a big one would be best. If it's a
success, I see it as a nice part of a hackerspace table at events and
stuff.

Anyone?

I'm pretty sure I have something that will work for your project. Any particular size you are looking for?

I hadn't dared to hope for more than 12". But really, as big as you
want to deal over, I'll be happy.

If it gets really big, I figure I'll need an amp. But I'll deal with
that problem happily.
