What am I missing here? Why can't I just make spherical ice in my freezer?

Local company, and it is fun to watch. He brought the full size unit by the space a couple times. If you take the time to make clear ice it looks really slick.

Clear ice in a sphere mold in the freezer is hard to get.

OK cool.  I guess I've never tried so I wasn't aware that it was a challenge to make.  On my to-try list now, thanks :-)
