Simple game directories needed?

Another small thing - I haven't quite worked out where you are going with the .simple. game sub-package? Do we need it or can we just strip it back to having everything under 'defender'?

Obviously not causing any problems but not adding value that I can see (i.e. needs to fight for existence).

Strip it back is fine.
