In the latest version of FusionReactor 6.2.5, a
number of customers have reported issues with regards to the
installation process of a FusionReactor instance via the Instance
Manager. The issue occurs when you try to install a ColdFusion server
via the Instance Manager. During the end of the process, you will
receive an error message indicating that you haven't been able to
install the FusionReactor instance due to permission issues. See
screenshot below.
Additionally, if you attempt to restart the server via the Windows services, you will get the following error message.
For the time being, the issue was spotted with ColdFusion 11, 2016 and most commonly on Windows environments.

details about the issue: The development team believes that the issue
is closely related to the coexistence of the FusionReactor debug library
(frjvmti_x64.dll
), with the Xdebug and/or the jdwp (Java Debug Wire Protocol) in the JVM arguments file. Please note that in case you are using -Xdebug -Xrunjdwp:transport=dt_socket,server=y,suspend=n,address=5005 argument, you will not be able to install a FusionReactor instance via the Instance Manager.
A possible workaround are the following options;
The team is working for a fix which will be available soon.
